  • We work with our partner distributor to order all beverages for our events here at Tap Truck 207. Those options include (depending on preference):

    • Kegged Beer

    • Kegged Wine

    • Cocktail Kegs

    • Mocktail Kegs or non-alcoholic Beer/Wine options

    • Canned Beer

    • Bottled Wine

  • Our Vintage Truck is based in Southern ME. We don’t necessarily have a distance we won’t travel. All of our base package quotes provided do include travel up to 100 miles from this location - do note that any locations over 100 miles away will incur additional travel fees.

  • We do! All of our services include the coverage of a $1Million liability insurance policy.

    For most private event locations, we find that this is sufficient, however, we do always ask our clients to check with their venue prior to the event to see if they require any special insurance riders or permits for that particular location.

  • Upon review of any proposal we send to a prospective client, we’re always happy to provide a phone or video call to discuss all charges shown. Once the client has approved the proposal, we send a contract for review & signature. Once the contract is signed, in order for us to hold your event date, we require 50% of the service cost upfront. The final 50% is billed approximately four weeks from the date of the event.

  • Package costs can vary based on a number of factors. However, our base package cost starts at $3,500.

    This package includes:

    • Open Bar with premium beer and wine on tap for the duration of your event, all chosen by you!

    • Our Tap Truck & Certified Beertenders to host your event.

    • Tap Truck Transportation from our home base to your event and back (within 100 miles).

    • Custom bar top for serving

    • Plastic biodegradable cups

    • Sales tax (as required)

  • Some additional fees may be incurred, based on the particulars of your event:

    Events over 100 miles from our Southern Maine location do incur additional travel fees.

    Events over 2.5 hours from our location may be subject to an overnight surcharge for our staff to stay near the event location.

    Based on the alcohol you select there may be additional costs for Premium choices.

  • Yes, we automatically include gratuity and it is broken out in our client proposals.

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards for payment.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to accept personal checks at this time.

  • Yes, you can! We do offer the option of truck rental without the purchase of alcohol. You can learn more about truck rental on Our Packages page.

  • Our standard offering is plastic beer & wine cups. If you would like something different just let us know & we’ll be happy to accommodate your request! We can either purchase the preferred choice (additional fees may be incurred), or you’re welcome to provide us with anything you’d like us to use for serving!

  • We have very minimal power requirements for our Tap Truck. Access to a standard 110 Volt power supply is all that’s required for our truck to be running effectively. If you find you’re unable to provide access to a power outlet, we have a portable generator to bring with us for power. Please let us know ahead of time & we can accommodate the situation!

  • Obviously, the earlier the better! The more time we have for planning, the more both of us can ensure all event details are covered. We prefer you book your event at least 30 days out from your event date. However, if we have a date open we will do our very best to accommodate last-minute scheduling.

  • Absolutely! As long as we have access for drop-off (we often use a Trailer to bring our Truck to an event), and clear space to drive our truck into your indoor location we are more than happy to accommodate this request! Let’s do this!

  • Of course you can! If you have certain design elements you’d like to include on the truck, around the truck, or on/near the bar we will do our best to make it happen! We just need to ensure it will not impact our service area and/or tap performance.

  • Depending on where the location is we can try our best to accommodate a site change. However, our standard practice is to leave our Tap Truck in one location for the duration of your event.

  • You can fill out Event Request Form and we will get back to you within 48 hours with any questions we have. Once you hear from us you will have an initial Event Estimate within another 48 hours. What are you waiting for?!? Let’s party!!
